  • What is required to reserve?
A signed contract and a 25% non-refundable event retainer!
  • Do you provide linens? 

We do not, we recommend Grapevine linens in Erie!
  • When do you deliver?
We deliver anywhere from one to four days prior to the event! Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, or Friday are all potential delivery days. Weather fully dictates everything that we do.
  • Can I put the tent on my driveway?
You can put a tent on a driveway! As long as we can stake into the grass surrounding or use concrete ballasts, we can put tents on concrete, asphalt, or grass.
  • How do I know what size tent I need?
It can be hard to determine what size is necessary for your event, below there are some diagrams that can be helpful. For large events please contact us! Our highly trained staff would love to help you.
  • Are you local to Erie?
We are in Erie! The company is family owned by a company from New Wilmington, but the Erie location is operated and ran out of Erie! We have an amazing group of people that will work hard to make your event memorable!
  • What all does Presque Isle Tent and Table set up?
MHR Presque IsIe Tent and Table installs the tent, sides, lights, and dance floor. We do not set up the tables and chairs or tear them down. We will do that for an additonal fee. Please reach out to a rental specialist with any questions!
  • Do you provide layouts for events? 

We do! Layouts are a great addition to any event. If you would like some help with a layout MHR Presque IsIe Tent and Table would love to help you. We do charge a fee, but a layout tool is a valuable tool to any event. Reach out to an associate if you are interested in a layout!
  • Do you do long term rentals?
We do! Please call one of our rental specialists to assist you.
  • When is final payment due?
Final payment is due at time of delivery!
  • What is your cancellation policy?
If you decide to cancel the event retainer isi non-refundable. Please contact a rental association for more details, if you need to cancel.
